Cancellation Policy

New Float clients should arrive 30 minutes early and MUST arrive no less than 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Any new clients that do not arrive 15 minutes prior may need to reschedule.

You must give 12-hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment for any services provided by Urban Float. Should you cancel without 12-hours notice you will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the retail price of the services canceled. A "no show" appointment will be charged a fee equal to 100% of the retail price of the services canceled. If multiple bookings are held under the same credit card, all canceled or no-show appointments will be made on that one card. Cancellation policy applies to all appointments regardless of member status. For members, membership credits cannot be used to pay fees.
