Evan Arbour is a professional trainer and athlete based in Seattle, WA. Evan is constantly pushing his body and mind to its limits through rigorous, daily training and competitions. Evan is up as early as 4am everyday getting himself physically and mentally prepared to tackle a regimen filled with healthy eating, training and floating with Urban Float.
